These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the One Stop Media website at https://www.onestopmediaky.com, along with our consultation and contact forms, website chat, newsletter, phone calls, and text messaging program. These Terms are an agreement between you and One Stop Media Limited Liability Co. ("One Stop Media," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 604 East Madison Street, La Grange, KY 40031.
By using our website, submitting a form, chatting with us, subscribing to our emails, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy at https://www.onestopmediaky.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Our Website
Our website shares information about One Stop Media and our video production and photography services, including brand and story videos, testimonials and case studies, event coverage, and commercial and YouTube production. We may update, change, or remove content on the website at any time.
Any project you book with us, including the starter project, is governed by the written proposal and contract we provide, not by these Terms. If anything in your contract conflicts with these Terms, your contract controls for that project.
You must be 18 or older to request a consultation, book a project, or opt in to our text messages.
2. Acceptable Use
When you use our website and communication channels, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information, including an email address or phone number that is not yours
Interfere with the website's operation or security
Copy, scrape, or collect content or data from the website by automated means
Send spam, harassing messages, or harmful content
3. Your Email Address and Phone Number
When you give us your email address or phone number through a consultation request, contact form, website chat, newsletter signup, email, or phone call, you agree that we may use it to contact you as described below and in our Privacy Policy.
Email. We use your email address to respond to your inquiry, schedule your consultation, send proposals, contracts, invoices, project updates, and delivery links, and, if you subscribe, to send our newsletter or other marketing emails.
Phone calls. By providing your phone number, you agree that One Stop Media may call you at that number about your inquiry, consultation, proposal, project, filming schedule, delivery, revisions, and related customer service. Dave or a member of our team may place these calls personally. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time.
Text messages. We only text your phone number if you have opted in to our text messaging program, as described in Section 5. Giving us your phone number for calls does not by itself sign you up for text messages.
You confirm that any email address and phone number you give us belongs to you or is one you regularly use and are authorized to use. If your number changes, please let us know so we do not contact the wrong person.
4. Website Chat
Our website chat runs on a third-party platform. Some chat responses may be generated automatically, including by artificial intelligence, and are for general information only. They are not a quote, a proposal, or a commitment to any price, date, or deliverable. Pricing and project details are only confirmed in a written proposal and contract.
Chat conversations may be recorded and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
5. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Program description. One Stop Media's text messaging program sends transactional messages about your inquiry and project, including consultation scheduling and reminders, follow-up on your consultation request, proposal and contract notices, filming day reminders and updates, delivery and revision notices, payment reminders, and customer service. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to opt in. You can opt in by providing your mobile number on a form on our website where the text messaging disclosure is shown, by agreeing in website chat, or by telling us in person or by phone that you want to receive texts.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. If you would rather not receive texts, you can call us at 502.771.0630 or email dave@onestopmediaky.com instead, or reply STOP at any time.

Privacy. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.onestopmediaky.com/privacy-policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
6. Newsletter and Email
If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, we will send periodic emails about our work, video tips, and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Emails about an active consultation or project, such as proposals, contracts, invoices, and delivery links, will continue while we are working together.
7. Website Visitor Information
Our website may use cookies and similar tools, including analytics and website visitor identification services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and learn more about your choices in our Privacy Policy. We do not use visitor identification information to send you text messages.
8. Our Content
The videos, photos, text, graphics, logos, and other content on our website belong to One Stop Media or to the clients and partners who have allowed us to share them. You may view them for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, download, republish, or use them for any other purpose without our written permission. Ownership and usage rights for videos and photos we create for you are covered in your project contract.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to or embed third-party services, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, review platforms, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Any commitments about your project, including deliverables, timelines, and revisions, come only from your written proposal and contract.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, One Stop Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, chat, newsletter, phone calls, or text messages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold One Stop Media harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of our website or communication channels or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute related to these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oldham County, Kentucky.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use our website or communication channels after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and One Stop Media about your use of our website, chat, newsletter, phone calls, and text messages.
